We are a Christian church in the Wesleyan evangelical tradition: centered on Jesus Christ, grounded in the Bible, and dependent on the Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus is fully God and fully human, died for the sins of the world, rose bodily from the dead, reigns as Lord, and will come again.
Salvation is God’s gift of grace. We receive new life as we repent and trust Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord—not by earning God’s favor. The Spirit assures, renews, and forms believers into the likeness of Jesus so that love of God and neighbor increasingly shapes ordinary life.
As Free Methodists, we affirm the God-given dignity and equal value of every person. Women and men are equally called and empowered to serve and lead, including through ordained ministry. We seek holiness that is practical and compassionate: faith expressed through worship, mercy, justice, generosity, witness, and daily discipleship.

Our evangelical posture
Good news that calls for a whole-life response
By evangelical, we mean that the gospel—the good news of Jesus—is at the center. We trust the authority of Scripture, proclaim salvation by grace through faith in Christ, invite a personal response of repentance and trust, and expect the Holy Spirit to transform how we live.
That posture is both personal and public: people are reconciled to God, formed as disciples, gathered into the church, and sent to share Christ’s love through witness, mercy, justice, and service. Here, “evangelical” describes a theological commitment, not a political party or cultural brand.

Jesus Christ
Savior and risen Lord
Jesus is truly God and truly human. He gave himself for the sins of the world, rose victorious from the dead, reigns as Lord, and will return.
Scripture
God’s trustworthy Word
The Bible is uniquely inspired by the Holy Spirit, bears faithful witness to Jesus, and has final authority for our faith and life.
Salvation
Grace received through faith
We cannot restore ourselves to God. New life is God’s gift, received as we repent and trust in Jesus Christ—not a reward earned by good works.
Holy Spirit
A life being made whole
The Spirit gives new life, assures believers, and sanctifies us—forming Christlike character and freeing us to love God and neighbor.
Church and kingdom
A people sent in hope
The church worships, proclaims the gospel, practices baptism and the Lord’s Supper, makes disciples, serves neighbors, and waits for Christ to make all things new.
